This presentation will focus on the role that contracting plays in support of supply chain management. It will also shed light on some of the experiences, challenges, and lessons learned in support of AMCOM customers and programs. Some of the topics will include: industry days, readiness, partnerships, long term contracts, performance based logistics, supply chain reviews, and acquisition workforce issues.
