Recently companies have recognized supply chain management as a core competency.  This office works with clients to improve their supply chains.  We take an enterprise approach by combining both cutting edge supply chain techniques and lean principles in the implementation process.  A key factor in supply chain management that is often over looked is the development of collaborative environment between the prime contractor and their suppliers.  Improving supply chain performance requires and enterprise view of the value chain.  Our team looks at activities within each supplier but more importantly on the interfaces between the suppliers.
